My AP Music Theory Class has been using a program called Auralia for 
ear-training. I'm not sure how much this program costs, but I find it 
very easy to use (the interface is a bit childish-looking though), and 
there are many different types of exercises like melodic dictation, 
chord and progression recognition, and even tuning.
