I'm not 100% sure, but it sure looks like (and sounds like) a Lewis.

I've enjoyed browsing though Jon's website.  Thank you for let me know about
it.  I met him long ago when the Chicago Brass Quintet came to CT.  He was
very courteous; I'll bet it's a real pleasure to have him as a colleague.

If you don't mind me asking a hardware question, what model horn is he
using?  It looks similar to my 867, but I suspect it is something native to
the Midwest.
