Hello all, I just had a phone conversation with the owner of the rights of the Dennis Brain video (Beethoven Sonata, and the introduction of the Brain family by Barry Tuckwell, our past president). So the owner of the rights will allow me to produce this important film- and sound document for every horn play on DVD. There are just formalities to be cleared.
I have not established a price, but the price will be moderate & within the fraqme of standard DVD prices, and I will publish it on subscription, so every owner will receive a single numbered copy, including a digital watermark, to avoid the wild illegal copying. The preproduction work is done allready. So watch my announcements. I promise, there will be nothing added, as I respect Dennis Brain as one of the greatest heroes of the horn in history.
