David Maslanka wrote a concerto for 2 horns and hind ensemble. I want to say that it was called Sea Changes (or something similar) and was premiered at ASU.

It's pretty idiomatic for Maslanka, so if you like his music, you'll probably like the piece. It's hell on the percussionists, though ...
