We are frequently reminded here of the benefits of playing horn without
feeding it food particles. I recently stumbled on efficient plastic
toothpicks that do a fine cleaning job (found them at Walgreen's
drugstore). Using them hurt a bit at first, but a couple of days later
no problem. See them here:
