What they all said - except to add that there isn't more water. There's the same amount, but it doesn't all eject when you twist, turn, shake, squeeze and blow it out. Think of what you have to do to get a wet sponge to give up its water all at once. Think of how old folks have such trouble to eject water - they don't have more water than young folks - probably they have less - but they can't get it out as fast. Think of - well, that's enough thinking for now.
