Once in a Vienna Phil Concert under Leonard Bernstein,
Wolfgang Tomboecks mute fell off the music stand, but he
tried to catch it by his foot, but he was too fast & strong,
so he kicked it right through the strings passing
Bernsteins head, but the mute landed in the first row,
where a listener caught it. So no noise, but a VERY
surprised Bernstein.
