According to the Dalley Horn Catalogue - 2006 Edition on CD ROM the answer for 
the Horn Concerto (1965) was written for horn and orchestra, and then arranged 
by the composer for horn and winds (4444) and then again by the composer for 
horn and piano. Regards.
