Although I have not seen the music, The Dalley Horn Catalogue - 2006 Edition
lists this work as two horns and string orchestra. By the way the piece is a
homage to Dennis Brain. The first horn has sxtensive melodic parts. the second
horn has what I would call as a supportive role, lots of bass register, and
harmonic counterpoint. Regards.
