Can anyone tell me a bit about the Brahms Trio, Opus 40? From what I see online, the instrumentation is definitely piano, violin, and a third instrument which can be horn, viola, or cello. How is this piece usually performed?
I ask because, in the online sample pages I saw, the Andante first movement looks like I could play it and someone asked me about it earlier today.
