There are several on the market that work well. I have one from
Lawson that is as small and light as they come; has a snap top opening.

Perhaps a bit larger than you might want, depends on what you
consider "pocket size", but the mouthpiece pouches from Moosewood
are very nice. I have two, a red one and a black one. Many colors
available.
