It's also possible to order directly from Schott, although not inexpensive.  
You just need to inquire directly, as they have to photocopy from their 
archive.  The resulting printing is completely satisfactory (I ordered it from 
them last Fall).  Many publishers can special print out-of-print parts from 
archive if directly asked.  I've picked up a number of pieces that way in the 
past (eg. Fibich Quintet).  My experience is that most will respond to email 
inquiries. The following includes part of the communication (with contact 
information) I had with Schott last Fall...
