I currently play a Paxman 23L, but am looking for a new horn. I have found the resistance to be a bit much, especially in the high register. Does anyone have some suggestions for horns to look at that are more free blowing (between Engelbert Schmid and a medium resistance horn) and are kind of standard horns which are easy to blend with an orchestra?
