Gustav Mahler was probably the first using many "between metronomes"
and the "between dynamics" and the "exaggerated expression",
probably so to produce unnecessary kitsch like bad & anti-tasty
posters. But I do not think, he meant that. Or does this exaggeration come
by the "reproducing" conductors & musicians ???

Georg Ligiti, following in Mahler's footsteps, used many between metronomes. Most of them were between other metronomes. However, this does not produce
unnecessary kitsch, but vitally necessary kitsch.

I'm not sure what you mean by an anti-tasty poster. If that's an accusation,
I deny it.
