Thanks for the blog, Leigh. I wish I could attend but money is tight, I have to
be caregiver to my 5 year old grand daughter (that's best of all) and I have a
great playing job this weekend and next.
So I will enjoy your comments and photos. It was good to see the one of Rick
Seraphinoff playing and teaching. I've known Rick since he was a very young kid
playing trumpet in a Summer Band with the gentleman that taught us both how to
play, Tom Shaner.
Rick and both graduated from Lincoln High School, Warren, Michigan. I was 4
years ahead of him.
If you should get the opportunity, please give Rick my best wishes.
