I didn't notice any noticeable difference between the three phones in terms of performance and accuracy besides battery life.
As mentioned in the spreadsheet, All 3 phones had trouble at times obtaining a GPS fix on some occasions. Sometimes, able to retrieve fix within 10 seconds, other times, unable to receive fix after 20+ minutes outdoors). Downloading and Clearing AGPS (REQUIRES internet connection) every 3-4 days greatly, and reliably, enhanced ability to retrieve GPS Fix). An earlier discussion on this mailing list by Brian Wolford http://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/hot/2012-March/001581.html mentioned this and shared one solution - changing the NTP server. Unfortunately, I didn't find this out until I had already returned from our mission in Sénégal. The location of NTP server could have been the cause for our problems, but this requires further testing to determine. -will.
