Dear everyone,

We are closing this task since the Disaster Charter has ended and the
WMS is now unavailable.  Thanks to all who contributed.
We intend to communicate the availability of this data to local
agencies working with the reconstruction efforts as well as local
universities
who are conducting disaster related research in the affected areas.
