I dont know how realistic it is to expect that humanitarian field teams collect 
data.

What is certain is that to do so we should provide them a very simple tool that 
shows Humanitarian OSM in the background and let them add features very rapidly 
and simply. 

They should not have to worry about OSM tagging schema when they provide infos 
about schools, hospitals,  banks, or any other essential infrastructure in the 
context of a specific crisis.  

Could present smarphone applications be adapted with a very simple select 
feature, provides characteristics.

For example, they could select from a short list (ie. hospital, health service, 
pharmacy, school, etc.), provide a name, an address, a phone number. And click 
this is gone, translated automatically to OSM Tag schema.
