It seems that the most valuable thing we could do in this case would be to map the state of the UN compounds in Juba and Bor, but the available imagery appears to still be under DG copyright, even when published in a UNOSAT map: http://unosat-maps.web.cern.ch/unosat-maps/SS/CE20131218SSD/UNOSAT_A4_SitUpdate_Bor_20131223.pdf
Do we have any leads on usable, current imagery? Also, would anyone object to adding a task for Malakal in Upper Nile state?
