Hi, we recently had kinda like DDOS attack from the IP subnet 197.239.66.0 which resulted in a temporary unavailability of the http://tasks.hotosm.org/ around 11:20 CET.
To help maintain service availability we introduced a limit of 10 requests per second per single IP address. This should not impact normal service usage. In the case you see a HTTP 503 response - Service Unavailable, please report it as soon as possible.
