Congratulations and thanks for taking this on. This is the right time for a reboot of this project, given the availability of high quality openly licensed satellite data, donated Aerial and crowd sourced UAV / Balloon/ Kite mapping imagery.
Will this be a free to submit service so citizens can participate easily ( http://publiclab.org/ ) ?
