Hi All, One of the tasks that came out of the in person board meeting a few weeks ago was development of a one year strategic plan. There was an initial strategy brainstorming at the meeting and I've taken some of the other themes and put them into a strategic plan outline. The idea is to have a concise three page strategy which will then be supported by other documents for execution of the plan. At the moment what I'm sharing is an outline. The idea is to obtain feedback prior to writing the detailed plan.
