Kate has been a dear friend and an incredible mentor over the many years we've now known each other. I will miss her at HOT but I'm so excited for her new opportunity! Working with Kate has been incredible. I've learned so much about leadership and dedication, and I hope to carry on her calm, kind demeanor into my own work with HOT. Thank you for all of your hard, dedicated work Kate! You've help guide and build HOT into an incredible organization and I couldn't be more proud to work for such an entity.
