I am in Guinéa, I will try to organise a small mapping party here.
So far since the departure of MSF swiss and Cartong October 2014, they are not using OSM Database as a data repository as far I have seen. They are using only the OSM background
Compare to Sierre Leone and Libera. If somebody as more information about it as I came only yesterday.
