Russell, perhaps this could be added to an activation checklist for communications tasks. The activation leads are always so busy and communications people can be assigned, when asked by the Activation Working Group to change the front page. To me, this should be directed by the Activation Leads and Working Group. In this case, I will make the call and do it as it is a critical activation.
