Hello HOT community,
The work I have been doing to build the Activation Curriculum (and lead writer for the Activation Protocol) is entering a new phase in which I need as much help as I can get. That phase is. now that the design is set and the high-level 'scripts' for the Activation Role training courses are complete; production of the deliverables is in full-swing. I'll need as many eyes on this stuff as possible, as there are definitely areas where I am far from an expert. We also haven't really ever tried this before, but basically I need to keep various working groups in the loop and make sure there is cross-communication between the Activation, Training, Technical and to lesser degrees Communication and Community Working Groups. Therefore, I welcome any and all to join me this Thursday, 30 July at 1600 UTC on IRC (and/or Mumble if you prefer to voice chat). I will do more of these, so don't stress if you cannot make this one; I will also try to announce them further in advance and will switch up the time to give opportunities for folks in other time zones.
