Floods over Chennai is now over two weeks. Almost the whole city is affected (see reports below). We created a flood reporting map: http://osm-in.github.io/flood-map/chennai.html#11/13.0000/80.2000/-30 Flagging this event if we need to activate. We are currently coordinating with local community.
