Hi John, Thank you again for the heads up on the Export Tool.
I have passed it on to the folks who can do something about it :) I or they (Brandon probably) will write you back directly if they need any more info. A glitch shut down the server the HOT Export Tool was running on last week, (maybe the week before), and since we restarted it, I think that is when these issues cropped up. I think a configuration got a little crunched or something along those lines. Very sorry for the issues.
