Thanks for your input. We've been in touch with several agencies, primarily
Statistics Canada, our official partner, but if you have a contact at
Global Affairs, we'd welcome the connection. We were actually recommended
this venue, in part, because of its proximity to the Statistics Canada
office.
Additionally, there is a cafe/caterer (ThinkLunch) in the venue. We're also
exploring some other options for catering.  We've reached out to University
of Ottawa and Carleton, but housing there won't be an option because of the
dates. If you'd like to join us to discuss some of those other options,
