It's not finished completely yet and I still have some validation to do but in general its been well mapped even though many mappers are new to OSM and although its medium priority considering the size of the project its gone very quickly.
So why? What impact did the project manager have when they set the project up? What can we learn from it and can it be repeated? Thanks John
