Thanks for highlighting the import guidelines here. Sadly OSM has
already seen the first low-quality and copyright-violating imports under
the banner of "fight COVID-19". OSM is aleady being used as a valuable
tool by many concerned with the pandemic; reducing OSM's quality and
good standing through poorly planned, hastened imports is a danger not
only to OSM's long-term success but also to OSM's usability in the
crisis. Whether COVID-19 or other emergency, importing third-party data
*must* follow our established processes and cannot be rushed.
