[HOT] Tasking manager database out of date

I see the new tasking manager software has been deployed and so far I 
really like the look of the new interface.  However it looks like the 
database that got loaded into it is out of date.

I have been working on task 8299
https://tasks.hotosm.org/projects/8299/

And all of the tiles I marked completed in the last week or so have been 
unmarked.
