Scope will include requirements and design related to credit/collections processes, overall customer care & billing processes. Specific tasks will include: - Document Process Flows - Document Process Flow Descriptions - Write Requirements - Write Test Scripts - Execute Test Scripts Mandatory Product/ Module Skills Required 1. System requirements definition experience 2. Process design experience 3. Business process testing experience 4. Microsoft Visio 5. Microsoft Office products Minimum of 1-2 years experience related to business and technology requirements definition and/or business process design experience. 1. Credit/Collections process improvement experience. 2. Utility related industry experience (preferably gas or electric distribution vs. power generation or other segments). 3.
