Proficiency in Flex 2.0. * Candidate must also be familiar with calling Cold Fusion CFCs and the Cairngorm framework. * Development skills in Flex 3.0, Java, Cold Fusion, and Flash preferred. * Candidate must be self-motivated and have a proven record of managing their own time and work. * He/She must provide regular status reporting to their manager and be able to assess potential issues and risks to project timelines. * Analysts/programmers are expected to follow all relevant policies and procedures in a highly regulated industry as they pertain to Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPPA, and other regulatory requirement.
