Job Description: Required Skill Sets: -SAS Programming, experience with SAS Development of NEW programs (vs. modifying existing ones) -Analytics - ie. data extraction, data analysis, data modeling, reports writing -MARKETING EXPERIENCE -HEAVY FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE - at least 4-5 years of working at banks/financial institutions (recent experience is a must) -SAS Certifications - a huge plus -Strong in SQL Look for more Senior level candidates vs. more mid level candidates...if the pay rate has to be higher I will consider it, but they must be very good financially and have lots of marketing experience Attached is a resume of a guy I placed who is exactly what they are looking for COMMUNICATION SKILLS - MUST BE AT LEAST 9/10 as the position is very customer facing..
