Job Description: "NEED TOP NOTCH CONSULTANTS"
ØStrong understanding of O2C & SCM modules and process ( 80% Functional
& 20% Technical)
ØShould have complete understanding and hands-on exp in O2C & SCM
process (includes Oracle Inventory, Order Management, Oracle Receivables,
Shipping)
ØShould have complete understanding and hands-on exp in Inventory
accounting & Receivables accounting
Additional skills
Strong understanding of the Oracle Supply Chain & O2C /Financials schema and
table structures required
vExperience in interfacing with third party Systems
"techno-functional" Experience will be preferred – 20-30% technical
expertise; 70-80% functional expertise)vWorking knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL etc
(candidates with
vStrong understanding of supply chain planning fundamentals & O2C
process flow
vExperience in working with EDI Transactions
vWritten and oral communication skills, business requirements gathering
vSolving business problems with application (Oracle 11i) functionality
vDriving small & large teams to solutions on production and project
issues, including teams of internal business customers, IT testing &
development teams
vManage customer expectations
vProviding status reports and effectively prioritize work with he
internal customer
vA proven understanding of SDLC and Change Management methodology
preferred
vPrevious project management experiences a plus
Role:
• Lead system enhancement projects.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement business process
improvement strategies;
• Provide input for production related issues;
• Work with key members of various departments and other members of the IT
team to identify and resolve application issues, system enhancements, and
new user requirements;
• Participate in ongoing development efforts and implementations;
• Application design and architecture components
• Execute process and functional design activities
• Developing and testing detailed functional design for business solution
components and prototypes
• Work with development teams to ensure solution is built as per the design
specifications
• Planning, design and execution of data conversion activities
