Installing, configuring and administering WebSphere Portal server 5.0,

Experience with modeling tools like Rational, Together

Experience with development tools like Rational, Eclipse

Experience with frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, Tapestry, Struts

Experience with build automation tools like ANT / Maven

Experience with version control and configuration management tools like MS
Visual Source Safe, Harvest, Clear Case/Clear Quest, and CVS
