Position: .Net Developer
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 7 + Months
Only local to TX !
Worker will develop an enterprise contract administration and management system
based on the existing work order management system. This web-based system will
include the integration of existing data and application functionality.

Experience as a web (ASP / .Net / Java) developer , programmer, and system
analyst

Experience working with SQL Server , .Net and C++ development

Experience working with SQL Report Writer, Microsoft Access, Microsoft
Visual Studio, Microsoft Visio, Java Scripts/HTML, Crystal Reports

Experience in system development project management
Strong
Ability to gather and interpret business requirements, organize, plan,
programming and develop conversion of existing system and new web based
applications
Strong
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, including
ability to communicate effectively with individuals and project team members.
Strong
Skills in negotiation and problem resolution.

Experience with the development of an intranet web based contract
management or contract tracking systems or similar systems.

Experience working as a programmer, developer and system analyst at or for
Texas State Government agencies.
