PL/SQL, migration from Oracle 9i to 10g, AWR and StatsPack reporting
tools, UNIX,
Pro/C

*Description:*
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent and 7 years of
Oracle db support experience.
2. Oracle development including extensive programming in Pro/C, PL/SQL, and
stored procedures.
3. Extensive experience in Database performance tuning.
4. Experience with AWR and StatsPack reporting tools
5. Previous experiences in migration from Oracle 9i to 10g.
6. Strong scripting skills in writing SQL and PL/SQL and involved in tuning
complex queries for better performance.
7. Proficient with UNIX systems (Solaris and Linux).
8. Strong communication and documentation skills.
9. Experience with going on call and being available 24/7.
* Note: Must have some experience with 2-Way
replication *

This is a 6 months contract in SanDiego, CA.
