Special Req 1 : Client : IRS Duration : 2 yrs Location : Merrifield, VA US CITIZENS ONLY Rate : $60/hr to $70/hr CTC All Inclusive Title : Sr. Peoplesoft Consultant Provide Operation and Maintenance support personnel for e-Services suite of applications to include, problem resolution, ITAM ticket processing, design, development, testing, and deployment of applications across IRS environments (People Soft Resources). · Support analysis of requirements/changes specified in change requests (UWRs, CRs, Break Fix, ITAMS). · Provide assistance with the creation of Project Impact Statements, work breakdown structure (WBS), deployment schedule and development of cost estimates for each UWR. · Support in maintaining up-to-date documentation reflecting changes, updates and new functionality for a complete list of existing ELC documents. · Support in maintaining up-to-date requirements data base (using Rational RequisitePro reflecting changes and updates resulting from CRs, UWRs, break fixes and tax migration). · Provide electronic assistance and support to agencies or third party agents that interact with the IRS on tax matters. · Support in maintaining testing tools. · Support development application testing documentation to verify and validate all modifications made to the application. · Participate in filing season startup meetings. · Support software installation and configuration in Development Integration and Testing Environment (DITE) and production environments. · Live production of the solution initiated. · Operational support. · Correction of all remaining defects. · Fine tuning of system performance. · Support updating configuration baselines. · Support the transition to support, including assisting with the clarification and closure of the Application gaps identified in the Readiness Assessment workshop and follow-up stakeholder meetings, and provide training as required to technical and non-technical personnel identified by the Government. · Make fixes and modifications to operational solutions or releases as required · Subcontractor personnel must be U.S. Citizens 2.
