I need to recommend a friend's business to a small creative agency here in town. It could as small as a 1 man band, but he/she would need to be stable and have a real business, so no moonlighters. Basically I need someone to finish their static site (have concepts and IA). Yes, I know, we can all DO the visual stuff (Photoshop, etc.), but the question is: Should we? J Thanks!
