I'm in the process of evaluating a "Live Chat" feature for a client. I'm familiar, from an end user standpoint, with LivePerson. Has anyone used any of these types of software packages or do you have any recommendations? The main features I need is something that's easy to use, affordable, small number of users (2-3) and doesn't require any client-side installation.
I also need a "Call me back" feature. If you can recommend any I would appreciate it.
