Yes, although given the vast differences in file sizes I would have to play with how long I slept before deleting files. It really is just as much trouble as setting up a Windows scheduled task to execute forfiles. I highly doubt either solution has an advantage over the other. What I'd really like to see is ColdFusion being better with how it accesses files. I have not tried this in ColdFusion 9 but seen people complaining about the problem in that version as well.
