I use mostly Fusebox, albeit with small and simple applications, I usually don't bother with any frameworks (since it doesn't make sense to have 50 files for something with just 2 or 3 pages :-) ) I also used Mach II at one previous job, but I have mixed opinions about it.
By the way, I'm kind of impressed that people are still using Fusebox in one form or another -- I remember using an early version of Fusebox back in 2000 (!)
