Yes, Mark, 9.0.1 comes on 1.6.0_17. But while you await answers from others on what they're using, you may be interested to know that back in March, Adobe announced that they had recertified CF to now run on 1.6.0_24, which was motivated by a security problem fixed in that JVM release.) This was not only on 9.01, but also 9.0, 8.01, and 8.0. (This was especially compelling for those on 8/801 because they had come with the even older 1.6 release with the bug fixed in _10.)
