*SUMMARY: * Writes and modifies programs by converting project requirements into code. Performs analyses of current programs and deploys improvements as needed. Creates custom reports/processes on as needed basis. Works with Product Specialist to modify, develop and improve standard reporting.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Works directly with clients to assess needs and develop reports/exports to meet client needs and expectations. · Identifies areas of problems/deficiency in standard and custom reports, making recommendations for improvements and developing code to produce those improvements. · Uses analytical skills, knowledge of software and available programming tools to quickly identify source of issue, implements changes to address the issue and/or makes recommendations with programming team. · Manages team service ticket pipeline, as well as personal pipeline making adjustments to assignment as needed. *EDUCATION: * BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience is required *EXPERIENCE: * RenWeb School Management Software experience Desired Customer Service Experience, Professionalism Phone, Verbal Communication Skills Eagerness to Learn Problem Solving Skills Quality Focus *COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES: * Proficient in Javascript, SQL, HTML, C#, Coldfusion, CSS, Dreamweaver, C++ Skilled in Data Analysis and Interpretation PC/Windows Proficiency Send resumes to me @ andell AT gmail for consideration. -- -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the "Houston ColdFusion Users' Group" discussion list.
