When I select the paper size in the print with preview in PS there
does not seem to be a 18x24 inch paper size in the listed sizes. Is
this correct or am I just selecting the wrong sizes? I've tried the
ANSI C and oversized ANSIC and they both list as 17x22. So, I get an
extra large margin on two sides of the print.

How is a custom paper size set in windows XP? I can see how to alter
it for a single print, but can not find where to save a custom size.
At the moment I have defaulted to selecting the D size paper in PS,
then in the print driver I setup a 18x24 in custom size. But this
only works for a single print.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I've looked all over HP's
website but have not found any information on this topic.

Thanks,
Matt
