I am proficient at (scenery) photography started in the 1950s and now
that I am retired I am experiencing digital, (not slr, as I want fast
action pictures without the extra luggage and lens changing/

I have used the HP 2230 and the 1700 printers for writing my quarterly
philosophy paper and I use the 1700, or B+ papers, and I feel that I am
ready to go to the next level and that is 18 inch... printers. "So",
my desire now is to collect all the info I can from users.

My rationale is simple, if others are experiencing continual problems
with a printer then I don't need that.

If I can offer help, in the areas I am proficient in, that I will.

I have gone as far as I feel I can, looking at specs, on the Designjets,
my dilema is, what is the best performer considering my limitations of
8 meg for my camera.

I see that the hp 120 is off the shelf but some resellers still have
the unit at what I would consider a good price, $800 U.S. (I am
Canadian) but "in depth specs" are not forthcoming, does anyome have
practical knowledge of this printer or the hp 90 designjet.

I thank you for any help.
