I have a Designjet 5000 that his suddenly having problems. The message is "Switch Power Off - Check Printhead Path"
This printer is usually a workhorse with never a problem. Have we finally just worn out the carriage? I've cleaned the carriage slider rods and oiled per HPs tech note regarding this issue. Problem persists.
