Hello, After upgrading the firmware to the latest version, on our Designjet 30, prints fail to fully emerge from the printer after printing has finished. We must press the paper button each time to complete the process. We use the top tray and insert individual letter size sheets of HP photo paper premium plus glossy. Operating system is Mac OS 10.47 running on a Powermac G 5. Any advice would be appreciated.
